How does Charging Work?

Creative Conferencing believes in transparent charging so you only pay for the calls you make.

It is that simple. There are no hidden set up charges, minimum call charges, subscriptions, or fees. On average, our charges are 30-40% cheaper than our major competitors.

Creative Conferencing charges based on volume of minutes used per month, so if your company makes lots of conference calls we would like to talk to you about saving you even more.

Account Payment
Our systems automatically calculate the amount of time each person is in the conference and calculates the charge for the conference. We will then send you your bill each month for the prior month's usage. Your bill can also be viewed in the Members Area of the Creative Conferencing website. This enables you to drill down into the detail of each call or to see trends in the usage of your account. Our payment terms are 30 days.


Reservationless Audio Conference Charge Calculation

This cost of a conference call is calculated by us at a rate in pence for each minute you use the service. We only charge you for the time actually used in a conference and there are no minimum call charges.

TThe total charge for each conference call is calculated by adding up all the time that the attendees spend on the conference and multiplying this by a pence per minute charge, depending on your chosen price plan.

If you had 4 people on a conference call, for 50 minutes, this would result in a total of 4 x 50mins = 200minutes. Multiply 200 by your pence per minute price point and this will give you your individual conference call charge.

Creative Conferencing EVENT Call Charges

Like the reservationless audio conference calls, you will be charged a pence per minute, per participant charge for the call. With the EVENT calls, there is however an additional small pence per minute surcharge for the benefit of having one of our professional operators to help conduct your call to run smoothly and efficiently. This could include hosting Q&A sessions, introducing participants, gather participant name lists etc.
